        Closed whenever they want with no notice even after calling to make sure they'd be there. Between the terrible service from ups and the inconsistent opening hours from this shop how can you ever pick up a parcel.

        Lovely owner but long waits outside closed shop (during advertised opening hours) and unanswered telephone mean its a terrible way to get your UPS package delivered.

        I have written a letter of complaint to UPS about this store. It should not be a UPS Collection point. IT IS NEVER OPEN WHEN IT SAYS IT WILL BE! Good luck if your parcel ends up here. The owner has just replied.. no idea why they are talking about violent customers - I would just like to clarify that I have not and will not step foot in this store. Also I called your store and I was told you are open 10am-3pm, and you were closed two Saturdays that I tried to visit. In addition your Google opening hours show 10am-4pm. So if you agreed 10am-6pm perhaps UPS do need to review your contract?

        DO NOT GO THERE! They lost my charger as well as did not call me on the days they promised. Also there is very poor communication between the employees as unless I was talking with the one who worked with my laptop the rest of them had no idea what was going on with it. This made it extremelly hard to know what was going on. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.
