When I read some of these reviews, I have to say I was little nervous regarding our wet room installation. From our experience Saltash provided a very professional service with everything being coordinated like clockwork by Natalie at head office. John the plumber / tiler / carpenter / started project and his standard of work is absolutely brilliant. He was so tidy with no end of day mess. You would have never guessed he had ripped out an old bath. This standard continued throughout the whole project with the new floor, the painting and the fitting of the shower. Everyone was on time and polite. My wife is so happy she no longer needs to go to the sports centre to have a shower because she could not get in the bath due to her osteoarthritis Services: Fan installation, Paint indoors, Install flooring, Plumbing fixture installation, Tile work replacement

The council used this company to do some work on my partners terraced street. Saltash have painted the windows so badly they're stuck about an inch and a half open. They also left the ladders up and left the neighbours gate open at the gable end of the street, which has meant that tonight 3 men were able to climb onto the roof of my partners flat, presumably looking to break in, and have scared the life out of us and our neighbours, who I imagine have also been left with compromised security due to Saltash's lack of care. There's been a heavy police presence on the street, along with a helicopter and dogs, but the psychological damage this type of event does to people isn't measurable by what material items may or may not have been taken. Without the ladders being left in place, the gate being left open, and the windows being insecure, we wouldn't feel half as shaken up. Having read some of the other reviews I have no clue how this company gets work. Edit: when we called saltash to report these issues, their rep told us that the street is known for these types of issues and it would have happened regardless. They have also now hastily removed the scaffolding from only my partners flat and left the windows with white X's painted on them. Book Saltash if you actively dislike and want to punish your tenants, or if you're a council that is falling apart due to tory cuts. Or both.
