        I ordered hair for my wedding in May. It took so long to come it came after my wedding so I returned it. After 6 months I still havent received my refund after back and forth email communication with them promising to give me my money. What really tops it off is that they asked me for my bank details over email so it seems like there is some scamming going on. WARNING: DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THEM!! Service: Hair extensions

        This review is longgg overdue. Had a leave out scheduled earlier this year and was so excited for it as i just moved to London and was looking for a trusted hairstylist. Saw on instagram they had a good following. I got there and waited TWO HOURS. I didn't get an apology or explanation. It was an alright install, hence the three stars but definitely not worth waiting that long with no explanation or apology - was late to my eyelash appointment because of them and ended up having to pay a late fee for that. Wouldn't recommend unless you have instagram clout honestly, customer service is lacking here. You can find a salon that respects your time and money elsewhere, i definitely did after this and never came back. Service: Hairstyling
