Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish! We had 3 quotes and Rite Choice were the best by far. The fitting Team are brilliant - they worked practically non-stop to a really high standard and left everywhere spotless on completion. Mark made sure we were totally happy with every aspect of the installation. I would definitely recommend them. 5 star for price, quality, fitting and overall customer service. Never trust to part a big deposit regardless. We have been extremely disappointed by the quality of customer service by rite choice windows. I deleted this message 7 days ago 'promised to sort things out'. After taking our deposit of 2,000 (on 27th Feb 23) we were promised to have the windows installed within '2 weeks' but find ourselves being blamed for everything and anything since. He keeps 'ducking' and 'diving' our calls! What should have taken 2 weeks (maximum 3 weeks) is now taking '2-months 'with no installation commitment after missing the installation date 2 days back. Although we were promised for a door quote upon paying a deposit for teh windowsnand installation of the door I am still waiting. Even though we mentioned that the passage doors and windows were fire rated in our first meeting, he now wants me to sign some papers (which excludes the fire rated windows). He claims I'm changing my mind when in fact this is not the case. Mark at rite choice is now excluding 6 of the 13 windows, because he missed the point about the fire standard from our meeting. No communication about what the renewed price is, continued missed appointments, a missed installations date and simply no explanations except blaming us for apparently changing our minds on what? I am now wanting my deposit of (2,000) returned but his not giving any communication and is not attending my calls whatsoever. Lastly his punctuality is extremely poor (and his extremely stressed) and think everyone else is stressed when in fact he is! What a guy!
