Extremely unprofessional!! So rude and inexperienced! Scammers quick to take your money, yet do not deliver the full package nor adhere to the contract signed by both parties. Sam, events coordinator, very careless and clueless! Even though you agree and finalise with her she does as she pleases, as though it is her event which is absurd! A huge health & safety risk in the marquee, gas heaters placed inside, however no visible signs. Unfortunately, it burnt a guests dress at the event, all the way through and has caused scarring on the body now too. Sadly, Nadeems response to this was it is common sense not to stand next to a heater, there was no remorse or apology! I have been extremely patient with Nadeem, however I am being ignored clearly and I will not stop until I am reimbursed rightly so! Owner, Nasir, extremely intimidating and simply rude! He did not care the distress he was causing and inconvenience. He kicked me out of the bridal room, as he had double booked. He was so persistent that it needed doing straight away and would not listen to wait. Nadeem, says its because he is old and needs to retire. I dont need to know this and its again unprofessional. I want my complaint to be resolved which I put in over 3 weeks ago!

I hired the marquee for my daughters 18th birthday. As it was a special event we had invited lots of friends and family and was hoping to make it a little more special. When we got there the venue was spectacular! We had attractions brought which Sam and Nadeem worked with to set up before we arrived and had all tables out and set. As the night went on the staff on hand were extremely helpful and polite making sure we were catered for. Thank you all for helping create a night no one will forget and if anyone is looking to host a fantastic event I would recommend looking at this venue. Jason

What a beautiful place for your special day whether it be your wedding engagement birthdays or any other occasion this place is absolutely stunning the outside country side views are breath taking lovely inside out you wont be disappointed it caters for all your needs top services from this gorgeous venue .i would definitely recommend it to anyone so plz view and book.5/5
