Last resort as most firms were very busy sent car within 10mins.

I've used swift for 10 year, always were brilliant up until the recent merges, I phoned a taxi 7.45pm Saturday night to be told 10 mins, operator didn't even speak English, we waited 20 mins to call back and be told hes 2 mins away, waited another 20 mins to be told hes on way down road, at this point I was fedup of waiting, then waited another 20 mins with no sho to be told he had just set off, appalling attitude from the operators, there absolutely useless and they should go back to using local people who know the area and runs not someone from India, I'vealways had great experiences with these, friendly, clean taxis and cheap, past 12 months I hardly use them worse thing they did was merge and I've missed 2 important appointments due to late taxis 1 which was 35 mins late because operator didnt listen to address properly, best thing these can fo is go back to swift and run as a local family firm again because they were fab

Driver shouted at a 15 year old girl then took her a really long way to put the price a lot higher, she was scared and fearing for her life at one point
