        I feel terrible for taking so long to write this as the service I received was so prompt and efficient. I called when my boiler developed a fault. It was the same morning that I received a visit and diagnosis and the repair was carried out the next day along with maintenance and gas safety check. Fairly priced work and I didnt feel like I wanted to negotiate which is rare for me! Friendly, chatty and thoroughly pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to use Tyas again or recommmend them. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance

        Richard responded to my heating issue within 24 hours (it wasn't an emergency) he was very friendly & identified the issue within a matter of minutes. He was very thorough in his checks & not rushed which resulted in solving my problem thankfully. Very happy with his services, will gladly recommend and most definitely be using again in the very near future. Service: Heating system repair
