        I feel terrible for taking so long to write this as the service I received was so prompt and efficient. I called when my boiler developed a fault. It was the same morning that I received a visit and diagnosis and the repair was carried out the next day along with maintenance and gas safety check. Fairly priced work and I didnt feel like I wanted to negotiate which is rare for me! Friendly, chatty and thoroughly pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to use Tyas again or recommmend them.         Richard responded to my heating issue within 24 hours (it wasn't an emergency) he was very friendly & identified the issue within a matter of minutes. He was very thorough in his checks & not rushed which resulted in solving my problem thankfully. Very happy with his services, will gladly recommend and most definitely be using again in the very near future. Service: Heating system repair
