        Paid a large sum of money for insurance for my mobility scooter with Mark Bates Ltd. I have a flat tire and claimed for a new tire to be fitted. They use HDD for this 12 days and counting with no date as of yet. Edit. They have send good and awful engineers over the past 2 years. They keep sending one wally on his own who ruins my scooter and leaves it in bits. He hasn't even brought a light with him and he's working in the dark.
