Neil and his team are a breath of fresh air for anyone experienced in dealing with tradespeople. After submitting my enquiry on Trust a trader, I was promptly called back the same day. We organised to meet on site and a few days later we were discussing plans. I had a vision for our project, but Neil brought it to life, made me aware of the practicalities/pitfalls and advised the best way to approach certain elements of the job. Neil kept me informed every step of the way with various ideas and proposals. His team are the most immaculate and tidy team we have ever come across. During this project, even during the major structural changes; we could walk onto a tidy and pleasant site. His team are professional and courteous and are always willing to lend a hand, especially when you throw a curve ball in.
