        The amount of noise coming from this place every single day throughout is insane. I have tried contacting, many other have also tried. It is ridiculous and annoying. Not slightly loud, extremely LOUD banging noice constantly. It needs to stop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Live above this place and they have no regard for the tenants living above. From 6am till late all everyone hears is banging and loud music. There are families in the building and their disregard is disgusting. They have had complaint after complaint and absolutely no resolution.

        Attended this place for years when it was just known as Liverpool yoga studios now shred fast has taken over. you're just bombarded with loud music and the sound of weights constantly being slammed on the floor. Don't know who let these money hungry bandits take over.

        1 star is too much for this business, but couldnt put 0. Been disturbing the residents and families who live in the building all year, but have shown time and time again they dont care and carry on doing it. Terrible management and terrible people.

        You will never find a studio as amazing as HEAL Staff/teachers are nothing but friendly & helpful. All Yoga & Fitness/ShredFast classes have the best atmosphere with members supporting eachother & encouraging others to work to the best of their abilities. Ive been at Heal for 3 years now and there is honestly no place like it
