I have been training with Sarah for 6 weeks now. I am a complete newbie to any kind of gym or weight training and was very nervous to even get in touch. Sarah made me feel at ease as soon as we spoke, she is friendly, patient and kind. We talked about goals, which for me are weight loss and increasing my overall strength. There is absolutely no judgement from Sarah, which as a bigger person made me feel very comfortable in her company. She adapts all sessions to my ability, helping me see what I can do and building on that each week. I really like accessing Sarah's private gym and she has a range of equipment to make each session different and interesting. Outside of our sessions Sarah keeps me on track with healthy eating and meeting my daily steps target, always motivating me to achieve. I would recommend PT sessions with Sarah to anyone.
