        I visit yesterday the place so nice and clean for my girlfriend!!! the best place and the owner lady was so friendly and welcoming I highly recommend it for everyone

        It's the very best gym I have been to, the staff are very helpful the place is spotless, and I am enjoying it, I go 3 times a week, but you can go anytime.been to the gym today hottest day of the year, lots of water very cool

        What a fantastic gym! I am so fortunate to have found it. It caters for all ages and the sessions are tailored individually to each person. The atmosphere with all the ladies is so welcoming and fun. It is always very clean. Amazing value for money and Antonia is always accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Can't wait to try the massages!
