        On Monday 10 April at 12:10pm I went to buy a few snacks from this shop as I did before. I had a plastic bag from the shop across the road as couldnt get all I need in one shop and few DIY products.Person at the till rude no hello and kept staring at me in uninviting suspicious manner. He asked me if my groceries were from his shop and basically accused me of stealing by putting items in another bag. In the meantime he was doing the till and charged me 13.40 for few snacks without a receipt. When I checked my card transactions I went back with my boyfriend to question him on the overpriced charges and ask for a receipt.He refused to refund me and said some crisps were 4 a pack. Reported to police no customer should betreated like thieves when it's the shop staff robbing you!!!!
