Disgusting company and customer service to deal with, paid for out front door via our builder, arrived in May 2022 door damaged (which they deny) and frame didnt fit. Five frame yes FIVE , read that again FIVE FRAMES remade all incorrectly and not fitting and and five months on (October now 2022) we finally have a frame that fits, poor quality but fits and Im now beyond arguing about that BUT the door is badly manufactured, it is bowed in the centre (again they deny it) and therefore it doesnt open unless you add your full weight onto the centre of the door then pull back quickly. Extreme cold or heat from the sun make it expand even further and on some days I have been completely unable to open the door at all. This is dangerous and a fire hazard as Ive had to exit the house via our garage which thanks god we have a door to from inside the house. Both ourselves and our builder have hounded this company by phone to resolve these issues over the past 5 months, they are rude, dismissive, go through phases of lee not being in the office and we are now at a point where they are outright refusing to speak to us whatsoever, refusing to accept the door is faulty or replace it. I am more than willing to welcome any prospective customers to my home to inspect this door so you can see it for yourselves. I am 6 months pregnant with 3 young children and it is impossible for me to get this door open from the inside whilst holding the baby and coming in cant get the key to turn one handed whilst carrying my child she has to be left in the car or put on the dirty floor in order to pull the centre of the door toward the frame to enable it to open.

Honest advice on which windows and doors were best for me. My whole house has had a face lift - couldn't be happier! Lovely company to deal with. and super quick service.
