Great experience from initial quote to final fitting for a front door. Very accommodating when we had to change dates and Jeff the fitter took great care not to disturb our newly plastered walls.

Very highly recommended. We've just got all of our windows replaced by Discount Window Centre, after getting new doors from them a year ago. On both occasions, we got numerous quotes from local and national companies, and DWC were the best priced. They were also helpful, responsive, professional, and reliable right through the process, both times, from initial enquiry to completion of installation. And unlike many companies, there's no sales pressure or haggling nonsense (when we were shopping around for doors a year ago, one big national company in particular was awful for this - we couldn't get their horrible salesman out of our house, and he pretty much left cursing us because we didn't want to go with him!). With DWC, the price is the price (and it's probably the best price, too). The doors and windows themselves are excellent - really good quality, with a full FENSA guarantee, and specs just as high as competitors charging significantly more. John and Chris did a fantastic job of installation - hardworking, polite, reliable, and seriously skilled. Worked in the freezing cold (it was snowing at one point!) for three days solid to get all our windows sorted. Tidied up really well and left everything looking fantastic. They even came back afterwards to fit a restrictor hinge that hadn't been supplied, and to replace a window panel that apparently had a small mark on it on the outside (we hadn't noticed, but they weren't going to leave it anything less than perfect). Definitely go with DWC!
