Recently bought a reptirad very quick service and it arrived within 48 hrs. come packaged really nice and most importantly does a brilliant job of heating the enclosure. In this case for one of my green tree pythons and I will be ordering more in the future Im sure!

Working great. Currently have 3 and will be changing all my vivs over to them. They just need a guard that is purpose made for them as the currency available ones need slight modification to fit nicely.

Ordered two repti rads: Top notch communications from these guys - great price for delivery and no surcharge to deliver to far north Scottish Highlands (good delivery speed as well). Have had these running for about a month now. The rads themselves are very slim, neat, and seem well built and designed. They pack a good punch, and must be well insulated - the material itself retains it's heat extremely well, so they are presumably very energy efficient. I use a stat which displays power output to the heat source, and it hardly has to kick out much power to them at all, as the metal retains and chucks out the heat very well once up to temperature. Though I only need about 22C in my enclosed shelf space for tarantulas. But given that the front of the shelf is open to the whole room, and will be losing heat, I am very impressed with the consistent temperature I am getting. I have awful draughty windows, so it's hard to get a decent ambient room temp, so these really fit the bill to efficiently heat the space where I need the warmth. Best direct heat source I've ever used for tarantulas - lovely warm deep heat comes off these, not dry dessicating "surface cookers" like bulbs I've used in the past for pythons. Great stuff :-)
