Worst place I've ever seen. Super slow staff, bored, they don't care about the patient

Just back from the quickest time spent in a walk in centre ever. The staff were amazing the triage nurse in particular who helped me when my little boy vomited as soon as we arrived. In and out in 20-30 mins and everyone was fantastic. Thank you to everyone in today :)

In afternoon we went to this Smithdown walk in clinic as we got call from my son's school that he met with an accident and his ear got cut we rushed here thought alder hey will be too much waiting. But here the same thing staff was totally pathetic they saw my son for 1st review then they said to wait for 2nd review we waited almost 2 hours then finally they saw my son my it was even worst earlier he was playing he had no idea that he injured but after the lady hold my son's ear he panicked and wanted to rush but we had to hold him tight sbd his eR

We brought our son in on sunday 4th of December as he had developed spots around his body. The centre was absolutely rammed and was not faciltated to cater to families without access to the gp on the weekend. We had to wait in the car park for 5 hours or even more and in that time my child had vomited all over me and been cold as he can't be around the other kids in the centre. Only positive I can give is the reception staff being nice. It all just seemed unethical. Never want to come here again once we're done. *just a little update to say my child had managed to shake off a chesty cough before we came the walk in centre and now it's back after he had to wait in the car for 5 hours.
