My call was relating to insurance and vet policies. Was transferred to someone in the practice who argued with me over how my insurance company does provide pre treatment forms for the vet. My insurance company do not and this was after 2 calls to them. Medivet person who spoke to me was dismissive rude and abrupt then put phone down on me. But i have to applaud the professionalism and friendliness of those other staff i have previously engaged with. Also the vets have been wonderful and caring to my little puppy.
