        Phoned to enquire about cats protection neutering 1st lady was pleasant ( which is why 2*) 2nd lady very abrupt told if not registered then phone elsewhere . What's the point in being registered as a cat's protection vet if you won't see cat's via cat's protection neutering scheme.

        Terrible experience today taking our dog to get a nail trim, they charged me 30! You can get a full groom in places for this price, and have since looked online and going rate in Uk vets is between 6-12. Shared this with the staff and they wanted to sell me more stuff on top and receptionist ignored me. Will be changing vets.
