Advertising thats it open 6 days a week you run your working week around collecting your dogs medication because the advertise. 6 days a week, i then turn up at Aintree Saturday morning to be told its closed it only open 2 days a week.
So now my dog has no medication until Tuesday.
If you love your pet my advice do not bring it here these are an under staffed team,with no resources whatsoever to ensure a good service for the welfare of you pet.
Absolutely total discussed for the way this practice has been get run over the past 6 months.
Honestly guys you really do need to sort this because there are no excuses for this service.
Oh and by the way we have been with you guys for i would say about 7 years and previous years a good service but past few years seriously down hill Im afraid.
