        The staff remembered my dog, they remembered the needs she has, explained alternative treatments, the staff are always very nice and helpful

        Just ordered my usual 2 flea treatments via the WhatsApp for our 2 dogs at Longmoor Lane Vets4pets. I was sent an invoice For 223.34! For 2 flea treatments!! When I queried this astonishing amount, which I obviously cant afford, I was told that worming treatments and tick collars had been added to the invoice, without my requesting them. Surely it cant be legal to do this, who can I direct my complaint to? Really not happy about this!
