        I've been renting from Avis for nearly three decades. I never received a car that didn't have an owner's manual as this one did. It had dents that were noted but that troubled me along with no idea about the vehicles special features.

        Hello had the worst experience with this company. Returned the car at the same location at the correct time at and I picked it up from and have been charged a location surplus. I have 170 pounds worth of charges and have made 4 phone calls and had the phone terminated mid conversation with no one able to help me. Absolute scam of a company.
