        Very poor service. Booked van the day for 9am today. Got call about 8.30 saying van is not available. Why you advertise and then if its not available. Ruined the day. Stay away from Eurocar unreliable people.

        Renting a van or car is always nerve wracking! "Will my details be approved?", "Will it be easy to drive?", "Will it be supplied with any known damages?", "Have I taken out enough insurance?", "Will it be damaged while rented?!". Luckily for me, everything went smoothly. Even though I rented the van for 24 hours, it was returned as soon as the job was done in order to reduce my potential liabilities. Van was returned outside of office hours, so I parked on their premises and walked around the van recording a video of it's condition. A secure key drop off box is available on site.
