Went to see some cars in person on Thursday, and drove off with a new car on Wednesday (and it was Bank Holiday weekend!!!). Part exchange available and completely fair, with great prices and amazing deals on warranty! Massive thank you to Rob, Tim, and Wendy, as well as the rest of the team - very helpful and patient with all my calls and questions. Definitely recommending to everyone who asks me, and I know my family will look to them first when the time comes for new cars.

Went to look at a car they had advertised for sale on Autotrader. Got there and a guy called Tim explained that they have still got it but it was currently being used as a courtesy car! He assured us that it will be back first thing Tuesday and would contact us to arrange a viewing and to put down a deposit. However, the day before (on a bank holiday) it appeared to have been sold as stated online that a deposit was already put on the vehicle. Had no phone call or contact whatsoever. Cant understand how it can have been sold so quickly!?

Bought a car from themselves which ended up having a misfire and the EML light began flashing as I was driving it home. Told them and took it back, they had the car for a week and "repaired it" but as I was driving home again it was misfiring and the EML light was flashing. So I took it back again and they had it for 2 weeks promising an "Audi specialist" was looking at it. After hearing nothing I contacted them and they said due to delays they're getting mobile mechanics to look at it instead. I asked for my money back because the process was taking to long and their lack of communication was unsettling. They refused several times, i even wrote a formal rejection letter rejecting the car, so I had to get a solicitor involved to get my money back. They initially tried to blame me for the car having issues saying the car was not designed for "track use". I had the car for 3 days over the christmas period so impossible for me to track the car in that time frame. 4 months later after plenty of letters from my solicitors, I eventually got my money back. I would advise people to avoid this dealership.
