I don't know where 5* comes from, this place surely does give you a 2nd hand feel, dirty, scratch, dented car's at inflated prices because they're in a so called sort after area

The AA towed my son's car here when a CV joint failed. They replaced the whole driveshaft and also decided to replace a track rod end for some reason. I was concerned that the tracking might be out after this, but the receipt said "Check tracking" so I assumed all must be ok. 4 weeks later, both front tyres were bald on their outer edges. A check of the tracking revealed that it had 2 degrees of toe in, 8 times more than the maximum tolerance. This was dowright dangerous. The locknuts on the track rods were both seized so the tracking had obviously never been adjusted. We now need two new tyres, which brings the total cost for this episode to over 500. All for a CV joint I could have got from Euro Car Parts for 68. The AA are normally really good but they let us down this time leaving us at the mercy of this place.

Great garage, I travelled all the way from Northampton but well worth the journey. Genuine low mileage cars on the forecourt all in great condition and decent straight talking owners. Best deal I could find in the UK on a used Zafira.
