Firstly, I would give this joke of a car dealership 0 stars if I could! Bought a VW Tiguan 2017 last year March, the car had issues with the DSG gearbox and Academy Pro eventually took the car in for repairs. They had the car for a month and the car was returned supposedly fixed with 700 extra miles and no proof of any work done. The car was returned with no engine oil whatsoever and the issues with the gearbox were still present. Danny another joke, stopped answering/returning calls so I took legal action as I warned them I would to which Danny starting giving it the big ones saying theres need to go down that route. Finally after nearly a year, I managed to get all my money back through the finance broker as they too couldnt get through to Academy Pro & took over as the dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN IF THEY WERE GIVING ME A CAR FOR FREE, I WOULD STAY WELL AWAY. My car had no parcel shelf and was promised a new one would be sent, a year later it still hasnt come - similar pattern to all other reviews where Danny was meant to send something but didnt. Danny if you see this, you should find another profession, clearly youre not cut out to sell cars when all you buy is broken cars.

Bought a Merc aclass which was advertised with 2 keys only got 1 as Danny said the other one was at their other showroom and promised to send it on forthwith Despite several phone calls and ignored emails and texts I have still not received a 2nd key 10 months on Don't buy a car from this company, shambles of a place

Bought an ml63amg off these cowboys.Had issues with the air suspension the day after I bought. Danny the main man said don't worry mate bring it in under warranty and we will fix it.Had the car 2 weeks and didn't touch it. Took the car to a reputable garage and had the work done,cost sixteen hundred pounds.Stay away from these cowboys you will just have problems if you ignore my advice.

By far the worst experience I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Had a Range Rover delivered from Wigan to the North East, arrived in an absolute state, front grille smashed in, another grille completely missing. Promised by "Danny" and other members of their horrific sales team that they'd replace. 3 Weeks after purchasing, there was a significant gearbox issue, which again I had to resolve myself. They did nothing. They ignore calls, emails, texts, and have no regard whatsoever for their customers as soon as the cash hits their bank. Absolute cowboys, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
