Hatfields Land Rover Liverpool

My last (of 3 ) purchase form Hatfields Liverpool would make me deal again with them, but probable my age will prevent this. They have always been professional, friendly, and up front. The 5 stars are well deserved .

Service and MOT on my RR Sport carried out efficiently by workshop staff. Service reception always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and will definitely carry on using their expertise.

Awful customer service. When purchasing my car over a year ago, i was promised a spare key as the original owner had only given it back with one. I have now made multiple calls to various departments to enquire about an update and havent received so much as a call back despite being promised each time. On top of this, i made 3 requests shortly after the sales process to have the previous owner removed so that i could add the vehicle to my Land Rover remote account, each time i was told they had been removed but i still cant add the car. My family have bought from Hatfields Liverpool for years and this was my first experience. Poor.
