        Had my car booked in for a service today which was booked through my garage. I would normally get my car serviced closer to home (which is 30 minutes), but as I purchased the car from Cazoo, and was impressed with the service, I decided to book it in. I arrived at 9am and my mum also followed me so that I could get home (she also lives 30/40 mins away). I went to the desk and was told that Cazoo no longer do services as all the staff have been let go, so they do not have anyone to do it. I asked why I was not informed, and was told that because I have booked it on 'my garage' they did not know about the booking to be able to contact me. Why offer an online booking system if you cannot see the bookings??? Feel very let down by Cazoo, considering I have recommedend them to friends and family due to the great service I had when buying the car. Remove your online booking system if you can not longer do the work!
