Absolutely terrible customer service. Phoned up to enquiry on a car and was told call back. Called back in 5 minutes and again was told call back. No details were taken down from myself ie a phone number. Clearly not interested in my business I was enquiring about a C43 they have for sale. Could not advise me what prep the vehicle would undergo if I decided to proceed. Did not ask if I was looking to proceed with the vehicle. They have lost a sale purely down to the terrible phone qualification. Someone clearly needs to go to training. Would avoid.

Very good experience on the day of purchase with Steve. Beech were straight with me from the starting regarding an ageing van and in good condition considering. In a market where second hands vans are very costly these guys are fair. Excellent service overall

Bought a car from beech Garage and the guys were great , fantastic customer service , needed a few bits just general wheel touch ups ect , I made a list of everything I was not happy with nothing was too much trouble for this dealer he phoned me the day before went through everything he had done sent pics making sure I was happy , this is one of the best experience I have had buying a car people like this really are a credit to the used car market and now I can see why they have been going for so long thank you beech garage i love the new car
