Just bought a car from Geoff, excellent service, car delivered to my door, very happy with my picasso and took my old car in part ex, would recommend First choice to my friends, thank you to Geoff and his team.

Bought a car from him and since I bought it it broke down several times then it needed an engine . He has had my car for 6 weeks now as it is supposed to be under warranty. He ignores my calls , doesn't give me much information in fact he has told me it will be ready 3 times now , I still don't have my car or a refund or any information. I cant believe a respectable sales person can behave or do business in this manner .

Bought a Renault Laguna from Geoff and had problems from day one, he said if i gave him full asking price i would get a full mot, windscreen fixed, cam belt changed and full service. had engine light come on, put in to get sorted he said 2 days, had the car for 9 days before i got it back even though i had told him it was costing me 40 to get to work and 40 to get back home in a taxi. got the car back with engine light coming back on after a day, said it had a full service but hadn't had nothing done not even an oil change, not sure if the cam belt has been changed either, bolts had been left out of part of the manifold which meant under the bonnet looked like it had been on fire. booked it in with another garage to get checked out and cost me 380 to get sorted for a full service plus needed new breaks as the back breaks were no existent even though i was giver a full 12 month mot a drop link was hanging off and a few other problems. absolute joke and i will be getting in touch with trading standards over this as it shouldn't be aloud. Only had the car since march and had so much worry over it.
