A car I had recently bought needed a software update. I am giving two stars as the service team were very helpful and professional, however another member of staff was somewhat abrupt and rude. I dont know if I was reading into it too much but I got the impression I was treated differently as I was younger as I saw the same member of the staff treating older customers with a friendlier demeanour. Im mid 30s so not that young but I am younger than the average Lexus driver and I know that the brand is trying to appeal to younger buyers. Maybe you shouldnt make them feel uncomfortable as there are several Lexus dealers that I can take my car to for sevicing etc in my case.

Bought a red Lexus ct200h from here (Angela). No pressure and straight up factual answers to all questions. I was picked up by Angela from the train station and I left in my new Lexus with a full tank, full service, mot and a full valet, oh and a full smile on my face too. Thank you Angela for selling me the car that I am today in love with, I really do hope to deal with you again! Tahir
