Have used over the years and overall provide a good service however of late the phone is never answered and no reply to an appointment request i submitted occurred. I am currently waiting on one now that was submitted days ago. Please improve your communication its bizarre a private company make it so difficult to take my business.

Terrible experience! The reception lady is so rude, I was asking the question, she lose her patient! She need do some training, be professional!

Their systems and phone lines have been down so if you can't get through, email them. Once I did this they were in touch really quickly and their support was excellent.

staff is friendly, but I'm quite unsure of their experience and if they're really good as doctors good thing is they do their job when they have a case that's considered as an emergency, but if you're in a hurry don't rely on them
