        Their phone service is very good but the transaction system was bad. I paid for the express service but they forgot to email me the file to check it before delivery and there was a mistake of my name which I already emailed them the correct one but they hadn't bothered to check my email. So I the corrected it and they want to post it now.

        Received translated docs with many mistakes. Had to check every single details myself before giving them green light unlike elsewhere in Poland. Took three rounds of emails to correct all mistakes / half of my day. I should have done all the work myself and ask if I can have the stamp for half of the price?! What worse, the translation wasnt done for the purpose, useless!!! No professional advise on translation, staff unable to translate correctly including miss-spelling Liverpool as Liveroppl! No apology, no refund. Ah, didnt mark them down for response- they respond very quickly blaming you for getting it wrong, not their fault. Is the pandemic makes companies acting rude torwards the customers? This is how it feels. Really bad service!!!
