    Absolute joke of a company, my partner did his exam in November and in the middle of March we are still waiting for the results after them saying for the past 3 weeks he would receive them with in 2 days. Utter joke of a company what should have been a 16 day course turned into a 4 month course due to tutors leaving because they wasnt paid!! Utter joke dont recommend at all

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I did a 5 week course with them and did the test for SIA badge but never received my results or badge. I've spoken to 5/6 people who've done this course with "Training Strategies" and not one of them have received their SIA badge. They do not send off your test papers to the college for marking so you dont get your badge. They get you doing customer service course and Sia course and collect money from the government for training people but do not pay for the students exam results or SIA BADGE. They are a fraudulent company and shouldn't be allowed to continue offering courses.

    My thoughts and thinking on the company has been more than justifiably expressed by many reviewers here. The company is more like a sham to siphon funds from the government. One could only imagine how much the government must have forked out on each individual taking the course and yet no positive outcome in most cases. The money must have been used for something else by TSL thereby putting everyone that took and passed the course in a limbo. I took the course early October, was told result will be ready in 2 weeks time, up till now, nothing heard. Initially they were picking my calls and promised I will be contacted as soon as results are out, but now maybe my number has been marked, they dont pick my calls again even if I switched options. Its terrible to make people feel this way. It doused all the excitement one had about the job at the start of the training and the fantastic efforts put in by the trainers. The trainers are absolutely fabulous but the company is nothing to write home about. Its a joke.

    PLEASE READ PLEASE READ AS THIS COVERS MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINING STRATEGIES (ONGOING) Updated 02/02/2023 - received a notification from SIA to say I had passed my exam NOT TRAINING STRATEGIES!!!, after being told by a guy called Ant they will pay for my badge the same day as a GOODWILL GESTURE from waiting nearly 6 months just for results I am now being told I might have to wait 28 days!!!! One lie after another. Updated 18/01/2023 - still awaiting results just phones told end of this week maybe next week which is what I was told last week aswell and the week before and the week before etc every week since early September, also now said they will pay for my badge the same day as my results as a GOODWILL GESTURE cant see that happening Updated 21/12/22 nearly 4 months now and still no results and nobody answers the phone what a shambles, even after replying saying 7 days 10 weeks waiting for exam results, probably another 10 weeks to sort and pay for my sia badge based on other reviews. I have been told every week it should be by Friday, spoke to highfield they said training strategies didnt submit correctly absolute joke of a company just pass the blame on and dont give any clear answers.. the trainers on the other hand are very good, also ignore good feedback as you are made to give a good review at the end of your training which is outrageous!!!
