Don't bother unless you're desperate. They brought me in for a interview were they said i passed then sent me for a induction for drug tests also passed and a site tour. After all this time wasted I never heard of them again. Try another agency but up to you. You have been warned

The girls at the agency really go above and beyond to help with everything from the application at the beginning to the start of the job and are always there if you have any questions really would recommend using them 100%

*** Updated Nov 22 - Thanks to Mica and Lewis, both very friendly and helpful and just a phone away. Very helpful in paying holiday days too. Ive been with TBC for just under 12 months (assigned to the same company throughout) and have just been offered and accepted a full time contract. Payslips always available each Wednesday and Ive been paid weekly every Friday since without issue. *** Applied for a post online and I was contacted the very next day by Matt. Very impressed so far and have every confidence this will continue. 5 * without hesitation. Update June 2022. 5 stars still. 7 months later and review still valid. Paid weekly without fault ever since starting and they are very helpful. Payslips available on line on a Wednesday each week with payment on the Friday afterwards. Mica has followed on from Matt and is always very helpful. Ive been working at the same company since starting (and remain there), a company that have treated me like a full time employee from the beginning. It is clear that TBC have a very good working relationship with the company which is very reassuring.
