only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Don't answer emails; the address on their website pings back as not an email address, they don't answer the phone , and a lot of their social media link don't exist. They've taken over UKtelecom and been taking my direct debit for 6 months, but for the last 2 months, I've had no connection. Anyone know how to contact them????

Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They cut our broadband and telephone service without any warning. Then told us it would be at least a month to reconnect. Then charged us for using it! No apology, no reasoning, refuse to answer calls, dont reply to emails. DONT be tempted to use them theyll let you down like a cheap pair of braces.

Absolutely awful company. Left us without any Wifi or Telecom services for 3 months during lockdown. No engineer sent, no updates regarding what was going on.just seemed to fob us off. To add insult to injury - they billed us even though we had no service. Changed supplier - within a week we were up and running, broadband twice as fast for half the price! This company promises much, but actually does not deliver.

Very poor service ,have been told that we should get our internet connection back ln 28 days. We are not the only customer in the same position.
