Just went and booked a taxi in the shop and I didn't like the women how she spoken to me it was disgusting and the way she spoken to me in a snotty way won't be nipping there again awful staff member

Gave them exact address and was told how much the fair was. Didn't turn up on time when I rang them they ended up at a different location. Not only 15min late but also, a different price. Thank you but won't be using your service again!

Started as a decent service, then cars stopped showing up, no dispatch text, taxis saying they are outside when they are not. Rude drivers, an hour late to work, didnt know when the next availble taxi would be so had to find a lift to work, driver rang an hour late and put phone down on me. " did you not think to cancel?" well you didnt turn up an hour ago. Rang branch they said oh they picked up another job? im sorry i pre booked a day before? what.

Rang for taxi after waiting 10 mins got a call to say Taxi arrived, no Taxi! Was at a different town!..

Never had a problem always on time (before) pleasant and trustworthy in my opinion
