        Such a shame ..nice guy took us airport took money for return from us as well and never turned up ..tried my hardest to explain to manager of this company..he was extremely abusive and would not allow me to talk ...was yelling at me on phone and very aggressive..kept saying he had proof his driver was there but could not tell us who he was or at the time ..also kept saying he rang first 3 times then 4 ..then said it was text ..Such a shame ..ended up costing 200 pound to get to Manchester airport ...no calls no text no driver no money back not even an apology....stay with delta I think reputable firms...lesson learned
