Absolutely pathetic, phone consult from a locum so says a pain killer prescription has been sent to chemist and it hasn't been and I believe deliberately. No accountability at all.

Absolute disgrace its like their trying to run the practise into the ground, not long before one of these drs is up in the coroners court for neglect, if your in this surgery find a new dr, been in this practice 50 yrs afraid i'll be finding a new practise

very dissapointed with the surgery off 56 years, all my family relatives attend here, however as off recently something has changed. it's not like before, you can come in afternnons or evenings. very difficult get through to anyone for apppitment, when you do,fully booked call back tomorrow. Third party private company handels booking process accross england now? (contracted millions) staff are all new off recent, new doctors also. the days you can go in have far gone, with my disabilty its been very difficult past 12 weeks. referrals are not till next year, absolutly disgusting, the problem is now,in pain and suffering with many healty issues. dont get the call backs either, not suprised patients are being misdignosed and facing further compliactions, like myself. if this is NHS new practices, will all be in the grave. the home visits were very helpful when old doctors were present,as mobility is issue, also sezied to exsits. I will be moving practices, soon as another surgey accepts be,this is also long winded process now unfortunetly

You need a letter from God just to get an appointment. Then you have to call the doctor at nine in the morning and just pray you get there first to get a appointment. So I you go there please plan the days you are going to be ill so you can sit at the phone at nine and play appointments lotto. An no appointment if you work so good luck

Im sad writing this as ive been a pt here all my life. The practice has changed massively. Getting an appointment is hugely difficult. The evolution of this practice from family run to its current state were telephone consultations are the primary option makes me worry for the vunerable pts my mother included. I feel unsupported by the practice and honestly have no idea who my GP is. Thankfully Norma remains and is always helpful despite my frustrations. I do hope things improve.
