Wanted to buy a gift card from Tesco Prescot. Went to the self service, put my shopping through, told cant. Pay for gift card here . Told sorry the should be a sign saying this as the is one on the bank of tills by the door. Told I had to go to a staffed till, did this after waiting in the queue, told by the cashier, cant purchase gift card at tills the is a sign somewhere, have to go to customer services . So queued there got my gift card needed for a birthday today. Communication zero, maybe a sign where you pick gift cards tell you about having to go to customer services. Rant over Frank

Cant believe that there is not one person is this very large store able to process a refund between 6am and 8am. Not even the person in charge can do it -or so they told me. Not sure I believed them but nothing I could do other than go somewhere else for the refund!
