The waiting room is tiny now and mixed so they only allow maximum 20 people in the morning. The patient privacy is out the window as the receptionists actually ask people why they are there? in earshot of a whole waiting room, even though theres is a discreet form to fill in (a form with giant multiple choice boxes with reasons you could be there) not all reasons listed. Once through the humiliation and embarrassment and extremely selective wait time, things got easier cos then youre actually seen by professional doctors doing their jobs.

I have tried calling multiple times never get through to anyone and have used this service before and they didnt even send me the right pill! Really poor service

I no wonder why people get STIs. It's so complicated to get tested. They are always full of capacity at 10am and even if you are there at 9 you might not be able to get seen. Very very poor service. NHS need more funding like always

Appalling service. Tried calling and calling and calling, just for the phone line to be disconnected every single time. Waste of time, money and resources.
