Sound Bath Evening Monday 28/11. Amazing, calming experience. I came along with my Daughter Chlo, we both absolutely love it and have re-booked. Lesley and Jen are very welcoming and proficient in their healing craft. Also, I had the best sleep in a long time. Thanks Lesley and Jen.

I'm so glad I booked in with the Therapy Hut :D I've been dealing with tendonitis in my shoulder and thought I would try a deep tissue massage to help with recovery. As soon as I walked through the door, I was made to feel really welcome and therapy dog Luna came strolling out to greet me :) Staff at reception were so kind and helpful. Cath led me through to the rooms and made the atmosphere very comfortable and casual from the start, even during the consultation. I'd like to say more about this part of the experience as I was really impressed: Cath showed incredible knowledge about my situation and offered insight into what could be furthering my problems, and effectively how to bring my pain levels down through this session and future sessions. The consultation made me feel like I was in safe hands. The treatment itself was wonderful and just what I needed. Cath reminded me that I could always jump in and ask for less pressure if I needed it, which I feel some people hesitate to bring up. I felt so relaxed by the end of it and have already told my friends and family all about the Therapy Hut. What a gem! Can't recommend this place enough!!
