Absolutely fantastic sports massage. I was recommended to Amy by some of her pro athlete clients, and she lived up to the reputation! Thankyou, I feel so much better now!

I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy

Wether you're looking to fix sore/tight muscles and knots, or just to have a much needed relax, this is the place. Normally I go for a relaxing massage, combination of being an IT geek and a nightowl, brain normally running at 150MPH and a severe lack of sleep = 'not great' (understatement . . ). Walk out struggling to string 3 words together, and spend the rest of the day&night feeling completely relaxed. During lockdown, ended up with really bad back & leg pain from sitting at the desk all day ,tight and affecting movement. 1 session later and the difference in how I felt and moved was amazing (silly things like being able to bend properly to put socks on !!). She always checks to see if pressure is OK and how you're feeling during treatment. Absolutely first class.

The sports massage I regularly go for @ wellbeing by Amy, works wonders for my aches and pains as well as giving me confidence within myself. The service she offers from initial assessment per session to stretching exercises at the end of the session is nothing but first class. I Would recommend highly to anyone in need of a sports massage

I couldn't recommend Amy enough. I've suffered terrible back and shoulder pain for years and not only did Amy work to alleviate my problems but she explained why I was suffering and went through stretches with me to strengthen my back and shoulders which has in itself helped a great deal. Her customer service is second to none and she makes you feel so comfortable. Before I met Amy I thought there was nothing that could be done for me and I'm just so thankful I met her.
