Wellness With Steph

Get your little footballers down to Steph! My 11 year old son had a Children's Massage last week with Steph. He had such a sore back and legs from playing football twice a week, and also from leaning over his books to study. When we came out, he said "Mum, that's the most relaxed I've ever felt in my whole life!" He was so chilled and happy for the rest of the day, and he slept better than he has in years that night. He asked me if he could come back regularly as he loved it so much. Thank you so much Steph x

Cosy little nest where I can forget my troubles for an hour and let Steph put my rubbish back and cranky brain back together again. The friendliest, most skilled and professional therapist I've ever been to. Full range of therapies, from massage to gua sha and fire cupping. A very safe space.

Love coming to see Steph. Firstly the treatments I get I need because of my lifestyle; cleanliness is second to none. Secondly, I generally hate going to see anyone, because I can be quite awkward. But Steph is really personable and funny and friendly and it's not a chore visit her like it is for me visiting say, the dentist etc. Love her

Ive never been a big fan of massages. Been training for some years now and my back muscles got so stiff and the pain was unbearable, did a massage and cupping session. Been to the gym today and I swear I felt I had a new back, no pain or stress. Definitely coming back.. She knows what she does. Thanks steph
