        Visited to play badminton, after booking a court online. Staff at reception were incredibly rude and patronising and tried to charge us double. Online prices are 3.50 for the entire court for non-members but they tried to charge us entrance fees each despite the website saying nothing about this. Overall the customer service is the worst I have ever come across!! Would not recommend.

        Third time in a row my swimming class is cancelled. First they cancelled it because of a special booking, then gave me wrong time for the class and then booked my on bank holiday and asserted that despite bank holiday there will be a class. In the first instance they told me that I was sent an email which was never sent. I work full time and it is hard to take time off to get there. It looks like they randomly book sessions without putting any thoughts.Totally disappointed
