    Well we got are panels as promise first of July but now middle October and list of things going wrong just too many to mention.including man who came to sort electric plug socket that got blown and did not work.he did not want to take up carpet and sort it so said I've had enough of this and left we are both elderly and disabled.now today they say we have to pay 100 to get it on line to see if working.treated badly.but got are money in cash straight away.

    Do not use this company let us down constantly meter failed took 3 months to fix then inverter broke took another 3 months engineer came to replace but had wrong plug took another 3 months then decided not going to do domestic anymore original company solar king went bust then warranty company went bust so now not covered an engineer came today to do a survey from a local company and the meter is fitted wrong shoddy work he plugged in inverter and it's working did not need a new plug complete idiots do not use solarcrown.

    Where do I start. First of all the rep came round and promised us the world. We accepted what he was offering us so Booked us in for a survey. Guy came out and surveyed. Company promised the solar panels would be on our roof beginning of April, loads of calls to company promises from manager nigel that the panels will be fitted within four weeks. 8 weeks later still nothing. Even more calls and every single one of them either gets ignored or gets a promise of a return call that never comes. They blame the other company for not releasing the panels yet i I did some homework and contacted the main supplier and they said that my name and order isn't even on their system. Solarcrown are just messing me about. Absolutely didisgusted. If I could give zero stars I would. Managed to eventually get hold of the manager who had told me that due to the mix up I had missed out on the free panels and the offer was now closed. However I would have my name at the top of the list when the offer comes back on. Was told that my review of the company didn't make the company look good so could I please do them a favour and take my review down. So now I'm still here with no panels on my roof.
