They have moved away from PAYG service. Desislava sent a screenshot of an email to us on 30th May explaining this, but this was never communicated. As a result, any credits are unusable. Access to signed documents is inaccessible. You are forced to add a monthly service service when I have a huge number of PAYG credits available to use. They want me to pay twice, which I refuse as my credits should be honoured (since I payed for them). Support are holding my account to ransom whilst a payment method is added so they can start yearly service. Why should I sign up if they can just lock you out without warning? Poor communication and bad practices.

We have been using E-Sign for over 12 months and have found it to be an excellent product. Customer service is great and always there when you need it, especially Desi who always goes the extra mile.
