        Purchased a sofa for 3500 was sold insurance was told that everything would be covered 3 years in and the cushion has basically collapsed in the corner put a claim in on the insurance to have it fixed and told it's not covered very bad build quality for the price so don't waste your time on the insurance as you won't get your sofa fixed

        Worst quality sofa I have ever purchased and no after sales care. Lasted less than 2 years. Would never buy from sofology again. Thank you for taking time to respond, I have already contacted customer services and an engineer has visited and identified the repairs needed. Unfortunately the repairs will not be completed as the warranty is not valid for repair to a broken frame, saggy cushions or zip.
