I was welcomed by lovely staff and was given a full consultation before receiving any work. I felt like I was in good hands and everything was explained every step of the way. Really pleased.

I have had both a non surgical rhinoplasty last year as well as Botox (for the first time) 2 weeks ago. I had the NSR with Dr Yusra and the Botox with Dr Emily. On both occasions I visited the Liverpool clinic, which is immaculately presented and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You are required to fill in a lengthy form prior to commencing any treatment which fully explains all of the potential risks, I find this is one of the many reasons I love this clinic so much - they make you feel informed and in control of your decision and want to manage your expectations. In addition to this you also sit down with your doctor before your treatment to talk about your concerns and be advised as to what they believe you may need, and are free to make your own choice based on these suggestions. None of their doctors over-inject you on your first appointment so on both occasions I didnt get the immediate results I wanted, but fully respect that its better to re-assess the work done a couple of weeks after treatment and re-visit for a top up, rather than have too much at once and left with a frozen or over filled face. I was recommended the obagi medical range last year and this has made the biggest difference to my skin, which is now radiant! I will be calling the clinic again this week for my Botox top up with Dr Emily (who is an excellent practitioner, really lovely) and will continue coming to them for all future treatments. Its lovely to find a clinic who I can trust and treat me with honesty and transparency, with them being my first clinic for any treatment I am fortunate enough to have never suffered at the hands of an inexperienced aesthetician - and thankfully will never have to, either!

Dr yusra is simply the best, her talent is unmatched, her persona is beyond perfect. She is the most genuine individual I have ever come across, she makes you feel so comfortable and you literally feel as though youve known her for so long. The experience and knowledge she has is impeccable! Winning the best clinic in north England says it all! Her team is amazing too, Megan, Sophie, Olivia and Gill, were all so welcoming and sweet. When you walk into the clinic you dont feel anxious, it feels like a safe space.

Dr Yusra and her team are phenomenal. From patient care, to knowledge, I wouldnt trust anyone else. Her expertise in the field of aesthetics is so clear and the results show! I am thrilled with the outcome of my treatment. (I cried happy tears on my first trip!) All my questions are always answered with a smile and I am made to feel at ease. World renowned for a reason! Very rude lady. She thinks she's something special. Went to get my nose done at first she was like it looks difficult to do but ill try my best which made me very uncomfortable. At least give me the option to leave or think about if I want to continue. After that she said if I get botox done for extra money it'll improve it so much. I said OK that's fine. At first the nose was shaped ok I was satisfied. My friends approved after a few weeks me and my friends started noticing the nose has bounced back to its normal shape. Which I emailed and told her this. She said this sometimes happens and asked for additional money to do it again. By the amount she wanted in total I could of got a proper nose job done. This lady is fully taken advantage of peoples insecurity. Some people have been bullied their whole life because of there nose. May Allah deal with you. Also when I told her my ethnicity she had a weird reaction to that. I don't know if she's a racist. This lady fully took advantage of my niceness on the day of judgement I'll be holding you accountable
