        Peter our tour guide was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, took us to all the great spots, and entertaining as well. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

        The tour was beautiful, but the tour guide was horrible. He didn't say anything about where we were, anything about the locations, etc. He would stop, open the doors and say, "you have 40 minutes." There were other times he was downright rude. When asked if we were still in Wales, he said, "where else would we be?" If the tour guide had been better, I would give this tour 5 stars. But he really made it a waste of money.

        I booked the North Wales trip for my mum & her friend both aged 77. They stood for an hour in the cold and rain and the bus didnt show up! Awful company. Do not use
